Saw his video on TikTok and knew I HAD to visit!! The Cappy cake was so good! I genuinely enjoyed that it wasn’t crazy sweet and the boba tea was great too! Loved meeting you and I will be coming back!

Staff is very friendly and professional. Always enjoy coming here with my daughter. We always get their Crème Brûlée Boba tea and Brown Sugar Boba tea and enjoy them. She had the potato corn dog tonight and really liked it. Win Win! Highly recommend you coming and check them out.

If you're looking for a sweet treat in Virginia Beach, add Fulan Sweet to your list! We ordered their adorable Panda mousse cakes, mango mousse, chocolate mousse cake, and a matcha milk tea with boba. The desserts were light, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Overall, we loved it! The staff was incredibly friendly too, which made the experience even better.
